13' Float Rod

Whether fishing for silver fish with refined float gear or targeting larger shy biting species with carefully balanced tackle, Greys G-Tec 13 Foot Float Rod is well up for the task. It’s certainly a first choice when fine lines and small hooks are the order of the day. This responsive blank is equally adept at flicking out light stick floats as it is crisply casting decent sized wagglers a long way. Most importantly, the super high modulus blank refuses to lock up when playing bigger fish. It can handle traces down to 1 lb, but has enough reserve backbone to step up to stronger 4 lb+ hook lengths.

13' Power Float Rod

With Greys 13 Foot G-Tec Power Float blank you get all the strength you need, but this is carefully integrated with an exquisite casting and fish playing action. It’s a vital combination many match anglers look for when targeting big weights of commercial fishery carp, where staying attached to hard fighting fish is just as important as reaching them in the first place. But this is not just a power carp rod. It makes a superb choice for long trotting big river floats like chubbers and Avons, while its casting accuracy and crisp nature is ideal for general waggler fishing just about anywhere.

15' Float Rod

Most 15 foot float rods lack raw casting power and can’t cope with situations where plenty of backbone is required to cope with presenting bigger capacity floats. Greys G-Tec 15 Foot Float rod has been designed with big rivers, deep stillwaters and long range casting in mind. This extra long, well-balanced and surprisingly lightweight rod incorporates super fast casting and striking power, but this has carefully been combined with a forgiving tip action.

The G-Tec 15-footer is the perfect weapon when launching big wagglers to the horizon, also big sliders into deep water and trotting large capacity river floats. There’s enough backbone for ambushing big fish down the margins with this unique four-piece rod, which is absolutely bristling with attitude! But the superbly integrated soft tip section also allows surprisingly light tackle to be used with this unique rod, which will cover everything from refined match rigs to powerhouse float tactics.
