Please Note:
No new members will be taken on in 2008 unless:
1) You are a Pilkington Employee or an Ex Pilkington Emolyee (Proof of this will need to be supplied)
2) You want to apply for a Senior Permit (OAP)
3) You want to apply for a Junior Permit
4) You have been a past member but have let your permit expire
2 passport photograph will be required at sign up
